Why do certain cookie flavors vary in availability at times?
Our products are crafted to order, and we strive to keep all flavors available. However, the availability of certain flavors may be influenced by the availability of raw materials. If there are any issues with the ingredients, we may temporarily suspend certain products. Additionally, we introduce special flavors for specific months or seasons. If you can't find a particular flavor, it's possible that it has been discontinued to make way for new and exciting flavors. Can I freeze my cookies?
Absolutely! If you don't plan to enjoy them all in the same week, you can store the fun in your freezer for up to 3 months. Just make sure to keep them properly sealed in the cookie packaging.
Do my cookies require refrigeration?
If you plan to enjoy the cookies within the week of receiving them, they can remain at room temperature as long as humidity is controlled. Otherwise, it's advisable to store the cookies in the refrigerator.
How long do frozen cookies last?
We recommend keeping frozen cookies for a maximum of 3 months.

If the cookies are at room temperature or in the refrigerator, simply remove them from the packaging and microwave them for about 10 to 12 seconds. Alternatively, you can bake them in an oven or an air fryer for 5 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit. If the cookies were in the freezer, take them out and let them thaw for approximately 3 hours. We offer nationwide shipping to all of the USA. Our shipping day is every Wednesdays. When you place your order, you can choose the upcoming Wednesdays for shipping, and the delivery time will depend on the shipping option you select.
What are the pick-up dates and times?
Pickup day: Thursdays Pickup times: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pickup location: Doral, Florida Once you've placed your order, we'll get in touch with you to coordinate the pickup time for the Thursdays you've selected for order collection.
Can I collect from a local store?
At the moment, we don't have a local store open to the public. Currently, you can only pick up your cookies from our location in Doral, Florida. Be sure to follow us on Instagram at @villavanilla_usa to stay updated on potential future partnerships with your favorite local stores.
Do you deliver on Weekend?
No, our shipping days are Wednesdays and our local Pick up date are Thursdays.
